Delivery charge calculation

At this moment POSH On Line (POL) is only intended for shoppers in HKSAR, and the shipping arrangement is dedicated to this region only. Our delivery charge is calculated by two criteria: Destination of delivery (delivery charge) and whether there is direct elevator access to the destination floor (staircase charge).

For delivery destination located at the metropolitan region (i.e. all area in HKSAR except Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Airport and Outlying Islands), there will be HK$100 delivery charge. A HK$ 200 delivery charge per order is subject to destination at Ma Wan and Tung Chung. A HK$ 400 delivery charge per order is subject to destination at Discovery Bay and Airport region.

Delivery Lead-time

As furniture does not belong to FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) it is impossible for us to have every color or options for each item in stock. We can only keep the most popular style with limited stock level. Therefore a lead-time from 10 to 45 days may require for delivery. After you have confirmed with the order, we will email you with a more realistic estimation on the delivery date. If you wish to check for available stock before your order confirmation, you may call our customer service hotline at 8202 6882 and we will be glad to assist you. Please understand that confirmed order cannot be cancelled as production / orders have already been scheduled.

Delivery Schedule

Our daily delivery schedule is from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (subject to traffic condition), service would be ceased on Sunday and Statutory holidays. Upon confirmation of your delivery date, please arrange for pickup at the delivery location.
